On Tuesday, October 1st, AFM CLUSTER together with IMH CAMPUS held an in-person event at their Donostia offices, titled "Intelligent Process Automation: The Key to an Efficient Company." The event showcased the latest trends in business process automation, offering insights into how companies are leveraging these technologies for operational excellence. During the session, AFM and IMH also introduced the AIRINVET project, an initiative aimed at driving applied innovation in both educational and industrial environments.

The main goal of this event was to provide a comprehensive overview of the impact of automation on companies, highlighting how new technologies can optimize operational processes. Through presentations and a roundtable discussion, the session explored how automation solutions are transforming key sectors and how these tools can be integrated into the daily operations of organizations to enhance their efficiency.

Throughout the event, various aspects of automation were addressed, focusing on its implementation in business processes and the advantages it offers. Topics discussed included real-world applications of artificial intelligence and automation in decision-making and operational improvement, as well as the differences and synergies between human and virtual employees in corporate environments.

Practical case studies were also presented, showing how companies that have already adopted these technologies have benefited in terms of efficiency and productivity.

The event also highlighted the role of the AIRINVET project in promoting applied innovation and research in collaboration with Vocational Education and Training (VET) centers. This initiative aims to link companies and students in projects that encourage the development of innovative technological solutions, aligned with industry needs. In this context, automation was presented as a key tool to improve the competitiveness and adaptability of companies in today's environment.

The event included a networking space where attendees could exchange experiences and explore potential future collaborations. This meeting provided a unique opportunity for companies and automation experts to share knowledge and strengthen their networks in a collaborative atmosphere.
